Project Manager for Assemblin Malmö ROT – take the next step in VS and develop our ROT projects!

We are looking for a driven project manager who wants to strengthen our ROT business and lead projects in existing properties. Together with knowledgeable colleagues in a culture characterized by commitment, professionalism, and short decision-making paths.

Your role
As a project manager within ROT, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up our VS projects in renovations and extensions. You play a central role in creating secure, profitable, and high-quality deliveries. The role includes:

• Leading ROT projects from calculation and planning to final delivery
• Ensuring quality, working environment, and profitability in your projects
• Creating good structure, following up timelines, and coordinating resources
• Building and maintaining close relationships with property owners, managers, and recurring customers
• Actively working with upselling and identifying new business opportunities
• Supporting and collaborating with installers and ensuring that communication works at all levels

You will be a key person in our ROT business and will work on projects that require both technical competence and good collaboration skills as many stakeholders are involved on-site.

• Have experience leading ROT projects in VS or the installation industry
• Are used to working both technically and commercially, with responsibility for finances, quality, and customer contact
• Have a good ability to plan, coordinate, and create structure
• Thrive in a role where you are present in the projects and have close dialogue with installers and customers
• Are relationship-building, clear, and confident in your leadership

A technical education or background as a VS installer is an advantage. A driving license and good computer skills are required.
